Will Obama take over the oil companies too when gas gets to $4 in September?
Obama and the dems have taken control of the automotive, banking, and insurance industry. Will Obama act like the Chicago style thug he is and take over the oil industry too? If so, will it be before November?

Then I can buy a car at Obama Motors and get financing at The Bank Of The Kenyan Obama and get it insured with Obama Insurance and get it serviced at Obama Filling Station.
Hell, the way this illegitimate foreigner is buying up stuff, why not just change our country's name to Obamaland?

Why would gas be $4/gallon? BTW, as far as I know… the oil companies are doing just fine. Why would they need a bailout, especially if gas is four bucks a gallon?

well it seems like bush was the one controlling the gas prices. we haven't heard anything on the news about high gas prices lately. it seems as bush's term was drawing closer to the end, the gas prices were falling as well.

Gas won't go up to $4/gallon because nobody will be able to afford it at that price.
Remember the old line, supply and demand. If there is more than adequate supply and little demand, the price won't go up, no matter how much you want it to.

Actually, the oil companies would be doing quite fine if oil prices shot back up again. That is why Hugo Chavez is sweating right now – because oil prices have fallen and reduced Venezuela's income.
I think that nationalizing the oil industry would be too bold for Obama. The public will is not there, so whether Obama would like to capture those industries, he's not going to do it any time soon.
