hi! does anyone know the difference between direct line and churchill insurance?
it's amazing how similar their websites and quotes are… let me know if you have tried bot of them and which one you prefered. cheers!

No they are both expensive you are better off going to endsleigh insurance they are the cheapest and the best especially if you are a student like me!!

Both Direct Line and Churchill are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Both target the 'better risks' – mature claim-free drivers.
Direct Line has the larger policyholder base, Churchill has the (slightly) better policy.
Direct Line has a shiny red phone, Churchill has a dog.
Both require their staff to have bank accounts with the main bank.
Presumably some day they will merge themselves and save money advertising against each other!
