Ever since I started proceedings against a govt insurance office for a MVA, I have had my phone, e'mail and home mail blatently interferred with. It is extremely intrusive and disruptive, and even typing this, I have had to retype where they have taken control of the mouse mid word. Please help me!

You have a computer problem, or someone else is messing with you. If they have taken over your computer they have had to install software to do it. You may want to review what is on your machine. Get a good spyware software. Get dial up.
